If product was worn/used for event – NO REFUND

Fresh Arrangement Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. No cancellation if product is in route
2. No full refund after 24 hours
3. 30%after 5 days
4. 20%after 10 days
5. 10% after 14 days
6. NO REFUND after 20 days

*Items ordered online are fulfilled as CLOSE to the image shown on website as possible. Floral substitutions are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.  Substitutions are made with fresh flowers of equal or higher value. Be patient with your arrangements, most flowers will continue to bloom, open and grow even after delivery! *
